Organizational Performance Art is a professional memoir by author and change-facilitation expert Alissa Schwartz.

It’s also the second book from my small press, Impeller Press Books.

To create the titles, I scanned some of my letterpress-printed posters and digitally collaged the wood type letterforms. Alissa had a wonderful collection of snapshots and photos of trees and plants, and we used those as chapter opener images. I thought the topic of human organization and relations meshed well with the images of branches, roots, and leaves forming networks of vascular vitality.
